The Ladakh Administration and IIM Jammu have signed an MoU to establish a satellite campus at Leh, expanding access to quality management education in the Union Territory.
Programme Details:
Launching a 4-year BBA (Honours) programme
Initial intake: 60 students
Start date: October 2026
Over 600 candidates have already shown interest for the 60 seats
Campus Infrastructure:
Built within just two months of the initiative
Designed to reduce barriers for Ladakh students who earlier had to move outside the UT for higher education
Significance:
A major step in strengthening Ladakh’s higher education system
Opens new avenues in knowledge, innovation, entrepreneurship, and professional development
